VISA TYPES

Single Entry Visa

  • Only a single-entry is permitted for the duration of the visa.

  • Valid for 90 days from the date it had been issued.

Double Entry Visa

  • Individuals, except for medical tourism visa applicants, who wants to visit Korea twice within six months of Immigration In case of medical tourists, eligibility will be in accordance with 'medical tourism guidelines’

  • Double-entry Visa holder can stay for 30 days in the validity of 6 months.

Multiple-entry visa

  • Multiple entries are permitted for as long as visa remains valid.

    - Visa Category: C-3-1 ~ C-3-9 exclude C-3-2

  • Eligibility Requirements for multiple entry visa. Valid for 1 ~ 5 years with the maximum length of stay of 30 days

Type 01:

  1. A person who has visited Korea at least 1 time with a valid visa.

    • Assessment standards of immigration record

      - One entry and departure is counted as one immigration record.

      - Immigration records from simple labor visas such as Non-professional E-9, E-10, seasonal worker, crew and landing permits are excluded.

  2. Holders of more than $200,000 in personal assets such as real estate, financial assets, and businesses.

  3. Full-time employee of a company investing more than USD 1 million in Korea with more than 3 years of service.

  4. Full-time employees at the manager level or higher at the top 100 companies in Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia, and the top 30 companies in Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.

  5. Persons aged 65 or older including only the spouse of the applicants

Type 02:

Valid for 10 years with the maximum length of stay of 90 days

  • Employees at the manager level or higher at the Central ministry of government.

  • An incumbent National Assembly member

Please note that even if applicants apply for a multiple-entry visa, a single-entry visa may be issued after the screening process.
